Gate Entry:
Main Gate: Vehicles, pedestrians. Closed to vehicles after 4 p.m.
4th St.: Vehicles, pedestrians (some restriction of vehicle traffic during judging)
5th St.: NO VEHICLES. Pedestrians (except entry day and Sunday evening exit only)
Burandt Blvd.: Pedestrians; horse and livestock trailers and vehicles
Ag Gate: Vehicles, pedestrians.
No Car Passes sold to General Public. Handicap parking available (please inquire). Only commercial and livestock exhibitors can purchase car passes. Limited parking available on the fairgrounds. No guarantee is given that parking will be available to holders of car passes. Re-Enter: Individuals must be stamped for re-entry as they leave.
Livestock Exhibitor Gate Pass Policy:
If entries and required registration are in the fair office by the deadline date, one fair week pass will be issued to each livestock exhibitor but only one car pass will be issued per residence/family exhibiting livestock. The Carver County Fair Board already issues each 4-H livestock exhibitor a pass via the Carver County Extension Office, no second pass will knowingly be issued to anyone.
NO PETS ALLOWED IN FAIRGROUNDS.

This advance entry will greatly speed up our process. Your entry tags, etc. will be ready when you bring your exhibits.
Non-Livestock Exhibits will be taken Monday, August 5, 2013, 5:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Exhibits will be judged by noon Wednesday, August 7, 2013.

Please avoid long lines and make advance registration online or by US Mail by Thursday, August 1, 2013. We will be taking entries/exhibits on site Monday, August 5, 2013 from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, August 6, 2013 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., but plan for the usual waiting in line.
