- Demonstration, Youth In Action, Presentation Software, Performing Arts Judging,
2:00 pm: Trinity Lutheran Church, Waconia.
SATURDAY, JULY 19
- 9:00 am: Dog Show, Educational Bldg and lawn
THURSDAY, JULY 31
- 7-9 pm: Pre-Fair Clean Up of Exhibit BIdg & Food Stand (Mayer Riverside, New Horizons & Pleasant Valley)
SATURDAY. AUGUST 2
- 9 am-2 pm: Arts In Practice, Patio, Fairgrounds
- 11 am: Performance - Westview Acres
- 12 noon: Clothing & Fashion Review Judging, Westview Acres (quilting and non-wearable garments are judged Tuesday of the county fair)
- 7:00 pm: Fashion Review Performance
TUESDAY, AUGUST 5
- 10:30 am: General Exhibit Judges Orientation, Patio
- 10:30 am: 1st Shift Judges Assistants Orientation, Patio
- 11:00 am-3 pm: 1st Shift Judges Assistants
- 11 am - 5:30 pm: Entry day/conference judging for all non-livestock exhibits including ExploringAnimals, Veterinary Science, Dog/Pet/Cat/Llama DisplaydPosters
- 2:45 pm: 2nd Shift Judges Assistants Orientation, Patio
- 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm: 2nd Shift Judges Assistants
- 4 pm - 6 pm: Livestock Interviews for Beef, Dairy Cattle, Dairy Goat, llama, Poultry, Rabbit, Sheep, Swine -Show Tent
- 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm: Entry for Pigeon, Poultry, & Rabbit-Poultry-Rabbit Barn
- 7:30 pm: Exhibit building closes for set-up
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 6
- 8 am-3 pm: Entry Day for Livestock, (except horses, dogs, cats, & pets). Poultry& Pigeon must be in place by judging time
- ALL DAIRY members must check in at the table in the dairy barn before 3 p.m. ID check in willbe in the afternoon
- 9 am: Poultry Show Judging, Show Tent
- Noon -2:30 pm: Camp Fair with NYA Corn Ed. (tentative) Entertainment Building
- 12 Noon: Pigeon Show Judging, Show Tent
- 12 Noon - 2 pm: Market Animal Weigh-in, East end of FFA barn *Swine will be 1st at noon with Sheep & goats to follow; small animal scale by swine barn.
- 1 pm: Beef Weigh at the large animal scale near large animal wash rack, (tentative)
- 2:30 pm: Swine Show Judging, Show area / Between Swine and llama barns
- 4:30 & 5 pm: Arts-In-Performances, Patio
- 7 pm: Dairy Affidavit Check-In (if needed)
- 7:30 pm: 4-H Beef Show, Horse Arena
THURSDAY, AUGUST 7

- 5 pm: Firm Deadline for all State Fair form/money to be turned in

- 2:00 pm: Senior Champion & Reserve Champion Round Robin Showmanship Contest, Show Tent
- 2:30-3 pm: Arts-In-Performances, Patio
- 6:30 pm: Livestock State Fair Trip Winners Informational Meeting, Show tent
- 8 pm: Release of Livestock & Non-Livestock Exhibits - Please pick up your exhibits!
- 8 - 9 pm: Deliver State Fair Winner's Exhibits to Extension Office
MONDAY, AUGUST 11
- 8 am - ?: All Livestock Project Exhibitors Clean Up Various Animal Barns
- 9:00 am - ?: After Fair Clean Up of Exhibit BIdg & Food Stand (Prairie Pride, Sugar City, and Waconia Whiz Kids)
- 8:30-10 am: Pick up oversize 4-H exhibits
